As the Chief Executive Officer of United Franchise Group, Ray Titus founded and currently oversees several successful businesses: Fully Promoted, Signarama, Transworld Business Advisors, Venture X, Graze Craze, etc. Ray has consistently been acknowledged for his exceptional leadership and entrepreneurial skills: He has received the Outstanding Leadership Award from Palm Beach County, The Presidential “E” Award, the American Free Enterprise Medal, as well as the Counselor International Person of the Year.

Andrew Titus is a driven and motivated professional with a strong background in business and sales. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in management and marketing from Samford University. Throughout his career, he has consistently proven his ability to excel in leadership roles, starting as a Franchise Development Representative and working his way up to his current position as President of Fully Promoted and Executive Vice President of Development at United Franchise Group (UFG).

Throughout his journey, Andrew has received numerous awards and accolades, including being named UFG’s MVP in 2021 and receiving the UFG Sales Award in 2020 and 2021. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing the development of Fully Promoted and driving revenue and unit growth for the company. Andrew’s strengths include his ability to excel in sales and leadership, as well as his relentless desire to improve and be the best. In his free time, he enjoys sports and playing piano.

Anthony Tattan is a renowned professional renowned for his extensive commercial expertise and proven track record in driving business growth and strategic development. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and client relationship management, Anthony consistently delivers innovative solutions that enhance organisational performance. His skillset spans negotiation, market analysis, and leadership, enabling him to navigate complex commercial environments with agility. Anthony is recognised for his commitment to excellence, fostering collaborative teams, and cultivating long-term partnerships that add value to both clients and stakeholders.

Prakash is a seasoned product and business leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and growth at global tech companies including Broadcom, VMware, Toast, Symantec, and Vodafone. Having led complex product and platform initiatives, he brings a unique blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and customer focus to Fully Promoted Ireland.

After two decades in technology, Prakash turned his focus to entrepreneurship, combining his passion for design, branding, and process-driven execution to help Irish businesses elevate their identity through high-quality branded apparel and promotional products. He believes great branding isn’t just about visibility, it’s about creating meaningful connections between businesses and their customers. At Fully Promoted Ireland, Prakash is dedicated to building a trusted brand that blends creativity with reliability, helping companies across Ireland make a lasting impression.

Aidan is an experienced retail and e-commerce professional with extensive expertise in management, operations, and digital transformation. Beginning his career on the shop floor, he progressed rapidly into management, gaining a strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and procurement.

Over his career, Aidan has launched multiple retail locations, led the development of fully integrated e-commerce platforms, and overseen major business restructuring and growth initiatives. His leadership has delivered strong online performance and long-term commercial success. After exiting a retail venture in 2024, Aidan established a print and signage company. He is passionate about implementing structure, process, and strategy to help businesses grow efficiently and achieve sustainable results.
